1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico and Guam).

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes for express or expedited delivery options.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.
5. Shipping Delays and Lost Packages
Kamari Beauty Care LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or weather-related issues.
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after shipment confirmation, please contact info@kamaribeautycare.com with your order number, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your items are damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@kamaribeautycare.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
7. Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the address.
