Alki-Detox Tea

Ingredients:

Taraxacum officinal ( Dandelion root and leaf), Vulgare (fennel), Arctium Lappa (burdock)(Urtica dioica (Nettle root and Leaf), Equisetum Arvense (horsetail), Rosa centifolia ( rose petals), Mentha Spicata (Spearmint),  Rosehip, Zingiber Officinal (ginger), Lippia Citriodora (lemon verbena), Tilia Cordata (linden flower), Smilax Aristolochiaefolia (sarsaparilla root), Glycyrrhiza Glabra (Licorice), 

Directions

Use 1 teaspoon per cup and brew for 3-5 minutes at 100 degrees  Celsius (212 degrees Fahrenheit).  Herb can be rebrewed 2 times.  For best results, use filtered water.  Enjoy on an empty stomach first thing in the morning for 14 days.
