Zyzven Naturals Fem Tea Blood Sugar Support Blend 80 gm

Instructions

Place 1 heaped level teaspoon into a teapot or infuser.  Add one cup (250 mls) of water to teapot and boil/ 1 cup of boiling water to infuser.  If using a teapot, boil for 2 - 3 minutes, strain, and serve.  Drink one to two cups per day.
